How It Starts
We do not show up on the first visit and start cleaning. We arrive, introduce ourselves, and walk through your home with you before a single surface is touched.
The walkthrough takes 15 to 20 minutes and covers every room. We ask about your priorities, note which areas need the most attention, identify surfaces that require specific care, and flag anything we will handle differently in your home than in someone else's.

Scope of Work
The scope above is a starting point, not a ceiling. Every home is different and the cleaning plan adjusts accordingly.
Some clients want more time in the kitchen and less in guest bedrooms that are rarely used. Others have specific surfaces, finishes, or materials that require particular care. Some have pets, some have children, some have both. These details change what the cleaning looks like in practice.
The walkthrough is where those details are collected. After that, the scope is set to your home and does not need to be explained again on each subsequent visit.
One thing worth noting explicitly: we clean the inside of the microwave on every standard residential visit. Most services do not. Cabinet fronts are also wiped as part of the standard kitchen scope, not as an add-on. The baseline is set higher because the standard this business was built around requires it.
